Job Description

    As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at our world-class Mining & Metals organization in Baroda, Gujarat, your role will involve leading end-to-end recruitment for critical technical and leadership positions. Your strategic focus will be on building high-performing teams within our Gold & Copper division. You will play a key role in shaping the success of our business through precision hiring practices.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level technical, operational, and corporate roles.- Develop and implement hiring strategies for Mining, Geology, Processing, HSE, and Engineering functions.- Work closely with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and drive workforce planning.- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates.- Drive employer branding efforts to establish our company as the preferred employer in the mining sector.- Mentor and manage junior team members to ensure goal attainment and process excellence.- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, maintain data accuracy, and track key metrics.- Establish and nurture a talent pipeline for specialized mining roles in Gold & Copper.- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and Business Leaders to facilitate seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.**Must-Have Qualifications:**- MBA (HR / Business Management) is mandatory.- Minimum of 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience.- Demonstrated expertise in Mining, Metals, Gold, or Copper industries with a minimum of 3 years experience.- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and address complex talent requirements.- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.In addition to the above, your experience in global or large-scale mining projects will be valued. Your understanding of market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and talent mapping will be beneficial for the role.
