Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Project Site Engineer - Faade System at Everest Composites Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of faade-related works at project sites located in Lothal, Sanand, and Dholera. Your role will involve managing teams, coordinating with various departments, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within specified timelines.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth execution of work on-site- Understand and explain technical drawings to the site team as required- Monitor the quality of work and productivity of manpower on a daily basis- Ensure the availability of necessary tools, materials, and resources for daily tasks- Assist in preparing the work front in advance to maintain progress- Communicate material and machinery needs to the relevant team promptly- Track and document daily site progress and assist in resolving basic on-site issues- Maintain site discipline, adhere to safety practices, and ensure quality standards are metQualifications:- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering- Minimum 2 years of site execution experience in glass installation, stone work, GRC, faade systems, fabrication, civil and finishing works- Understanding of fabrication and faade installation sequences- Experience in dry stone cladding, glass, GRC, and unitized panel systems- Background in construction or manufacturing is a plusPlease note that all responsibilities will be carried out under the supervision of and reported to the Project Manager.,
