Job Description

    As a skilled and experienced Site Engineer / Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing residential construction projects including duplexes, tenaments, and infrastructure works. Your role will involve hands-on experience in site execution, coordination with contractors, and overseeing end-to-end project handling.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare & interpret AutoCAD drawings for layouts, structural, plumbing, and electrical components- Supervise the complete site work of Duplex / Tenament projects from inception to completion- Manage and execute Gutter lines, Water lines, and Electricity (GEB) works- Oversee Civil Works such as club house, compound wall, internal roads, and infrastructure- Execute R.C.C. and Asphalt Roads from beginning to end- Handle Underground water tank (Sump) work comprehensively- Prepare Project Costing Sheet / Bill of Quantities (BOQ)- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams- Ensure timely completion and maintain quality control of workRequired Skills & Experience:- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project drawings- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential construction with a site-based focus- Ability to independently manage projects- Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, materials, and safety standards- Good communication and reporting skills- Additional software skills like MS Excel, SketchUp, or costing software are preferredCompany Information:Spark Inframark Pvt.
