Job Description

    You are an experienced software developer responsible for overseeing the development of functional .NET applications and websites. In this managerial role, you will be supervising junior .NET development staff, directly involved in .NET application coding, system debugging, code reviewing, and developing operational procedures. Your primary goal is to ensure that the software development team delivers scalable and functional applications that meet company specifications.Key Responsibilities:- Gather and understand requirements from clients.- Analyze system requirements and assign development tasks to junior developers.- Provide innovative leadership to effectively manage multiple projects.- Upgrade existing websites and applications.- Develop technical specifications.- Write scalable code for software applications.- Review and debug applications.- Guide and support junior developers.- Deploy functional websites, programs, and applications.- Draft software and application operating procedures.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology (minimum).- Previous experience as a .NET developer.- High-level managerial skills.- Knowledge of .NET languages, including C#, Visual Basic.NET, MVC, MySQL, and ASP.NET.- Ability to manage projects effectively.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Strong team player.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience Required: 2 to 4 YearsLocation: VadodaraIf you are interested in this position, please send your updated CV to hidden_email or contact hidden_mobile.,
