Job Description

    You are sought after to fill the role of an experienced iOS Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at our company, where you will demonstrate your expertise in iOS testing frameworks, automation, and quality assurance processes for enterprise applications.**Key Responsibilities**- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios and test cases for iOS enterprise applications within schedule and estimated efforts- Apply strong understanding of iOS development languages (Swift, Objective-C) to create effective testing solutions- Utilize iOS testing frameworks and automation tools to ensure comprehensive testing coverage- Provide accurate effort estimations for assigned testing tasks- Develop and maintain automated test suites covering component, integration, and end-to-end testing- Review unit test cases written by developers and assist with minor code defect resolution- Provide clear, accurate status reports on testing activities and progress- Adhere to organizational processes and policies while protecting intellectual property- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing activities**Technical Skills Required**- Strong knowledge of iOS testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools (XCTest, XCUITest, EarlGrey)- Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C programming languages- Experience with iOS automation tools (Appium, Calabash, Frank)- Expertise in iOS continuous integration tools and practices- Knowledge of iOS app performance testing and optimization- Familiarity with mobile device management and testing on multiple iOS versions/devices- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)- Understanding of RESTful API testing for mobile applications**Additional Skills**- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin)- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies- Experience with mobile security testing- Knowledge of TestFlight and App Store submission processes- Understanding of accessibility testing on iOSYou should possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant testing or iOS development certifications are a plus.In addition to technical skills, soft skills are essential for success in this role. These include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and documentation skills, ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, detail-oriented with a focus on quality, self-motivated with the ability to work independently, and good time management skills to meet deadlines.The job location is Vadodara, Gujarat, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office. The interview process consists of 2-3 Technical Rounds with a panel in the US. As for requirements, you must have 3 years of experience with QA Automation, 2 years of experience testing Native iOS Applications, proficiency in Swift UI, XCUITest, and Swift Snapshot testing library, familiarity with Xcode, and expertise with manual and automated testing practices/standards.Joining time/Notice Period is immediate to 30 days.
