Job Description

    As the Director of Professional Services at Numerator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of implementation, consulting, and support services to our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities will involve managing a team of consultants, project managers, and implementation specialists to ensure the successful completion of complex projects. Your main focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality services that align with the overall business objectives.Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the professional services team, developing and executing a strategic vision for the organization, and overseeing the delivery of client projects within set timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and processes to enhance service delivery consistency. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams will be essential to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and alignment with business goals.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP or ITIL would be advantageous. With over 10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related fields, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, you should have a proven track record of managing and scaling professional services organizations. Your expertise in project management principles, consulting best practices, and service delivery methodologies will be crucial for success.Your ability to work collaboratively across functions, communicate effectively, and build strong client relationships will be key strengths. As the Director of Professional Services, you will act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
