Job Description

    As a Staff Software Engineer at Qualifacts, you will play a crucial role in the Production Support team, providing technical support for software troubleshooting, enhancements, and development objectives. You will actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring best practices such as coding standards and code reviews are followed. Your responsibilities will also include understanding scalable software performance for SaaS platforms, ensuring compliance with rules for all deployed software, and writing code in accordance with architecture specifications. Additionally, you will write database scripts as needed.Qualifications for the Staff Software Engineer position include a Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience as a developer on end-user applications and back-end services, along with 3 years of experience in developing web applications. Proficiency in languages like .NET, JavaScript, SQL, MS SQL, and frameworks such as .NET Entity Framework and Angular are preferred. Experience with databases like MS SQL and DynamoDB, cloud-hosted scalable SaaS systems, serverless architectures like AWS Lambda, and providing software troubleshooting and enhancements is required.
