Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Staff Software Engineer at Qualifacts, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing technical solutions to complement complex web-based EHR systems. Your focus will be on writing fast, efficient, and high-quality code to deliver great value to customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to bring new ideas, solutions, and feedback to the team while ensuring best practices in software design and coding standards are followed.Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the design and development of technical solutions for web-based EHR systems- Write fast, efficient, and high-quality code to deliver value to customers- Test your work thoroughly with a low tolerance for bugs- Bring new ideas, solutions, and feedback to the team- Assist in architecting scalable and high-performance solutions- Troubleshoot software applications and provide technical support- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements- Ensure timely delivery of software solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development processQualifications:- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field- 5 years of experience as a developer on end-user applications and back-end services- 3 years of experience developing web applicationsTechnical Skills:- Languages: .NET, JavaScript, SQL (MS SQL preferred)- Frameworks: .NET Entity Framework, Angular (or equivalent)- Databases: MS SQL, DynamoDB (or other NoSQL DB)- Cloud-hosted, scalable SaaS systems- Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Event Bridge, API Gateway)- Experience in software troubleshooting and enhancements- Experience developing RESTful APIs- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and source control management (preferably git)- Knowledge of secure coding practicesAdditional Details:This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, at the Vadodara office working the DAY SHIFT.
