Job Description

    As a Team Lead Python Developer with over 6 years of experience in Python, you will be responsible for leading a technical team and integrating multiple data sources and databases into a cohesive system. You must have a solid understanding of Pythons threading limitations and multi-process architecture, as well as knowledge of user authentication, authorization, and security compliance. Your role will involve designing scalable applications, creating database schemas, and optimizing output for different delivery platforms.The job is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, and follows a U.K shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The timings vary from March to September (2:30pm to 11:30pm) and October to March (3:30pm to 12:30am). Apart from technical responsibilities, you will mentor the team, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, or BCA, along with at least 6 years of experience in Python within the Django/Flask framework. Hands-on experience in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is essential.
