Job Description

    As a PHP Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of PHP developers to create robust, scalable, and secure web applications. Your key responsibilities include:- Architecting, designing, and developing web applications using PHP and related technologies.- Optimizing and managing database schemas.- Conducting code reviews and troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure application stability and performance.In addition to technical leadership, you will drive technical excellence by:- Promoting best practices in coding, testing, and software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.- Participating in the full software development lifecycle.- Providing technical guidance and support to junior and mid-level developers.To excel in this role, you must have:- At least 9 years of extensive professional experience in PHP development.- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Developer role with leadership responsibilities.- Deep expertise in at least one major PHP MVC framework, particularly Laravel.- A strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Additionally, proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries is required. You should also have solid experience with:- Relational databases, especially MySQL.- API development and integration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will need to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with AWS cloud services, performance tuning, optimization of web applications, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are considered advantageous for this role. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends will be key to your success as a PHP Tech Lead.,
