Job Description

    As a member of the Technical Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our international customers by managing various technical records such as job cards, work orders, tech logs, and more. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the efficient asset management of our valuable customers aircraft.You will be accountable for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, quality, velocity, efficiency, and operational excellence. Additionally, you will support the team in ad hoc tasks and contribute to fostering innovation and growth in the industry.Key responsibilities include possessing detailed knowledge about technical records, indexing and auditing records, and reviewing maintenance documents for compliance with airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing, updating, and validating summary/status sheets in the flydocs system and identifying any discrepancies in technical records.Collaboration with internal teams such as Technical Services, Product Support, and Product Innovation will be essential for successful project outcomes. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to provide clear and concise reporting, prioritize tasks effectively, work methodically, and collaborate as a team player.To excel in this position, you should have more than 2 years of progressive work experience, knowledge of third-party records management platforms like flydocs, and experience with M&E software such as AMOS, STREAM, MXI, TRAX, or ULTRAMAIN. Familiarity with OEM platforms and experience in CAMO, asset management, or technical records departments will be advantageous.If you also have experience working with wide and narrow-body aircraft, specifically Airbus and Boeing models, and an understanding of aircraft acquisition/lease processes, you are an ideal candidate for this position. Knowledge or working experience with the FLYdocs platform would be highly desirable.,
