Job Description

    As a Territory Business Manager in the Western region for Acoem Reliability, located in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will be responsible for covering territories in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Goa. Acoem India is a subsidiary of a French multinational Group specializing in smart and advanced solutions for Industrial Reliability and Environmental monitoring. The Reliability division focuses on providing products for Condition Monitoring, such as vibration analyzers, wireless sensors, real-time monitoring, and diagnostic systems, as well as Laser Alignment systems for machinery, with a strong emphasis on Industry 4.0 and IIoT-enabled connected reliability solutions.Your main objective will be to drive sales of Online Condition Monitoring solutions in the Western region by combining your technical knowledge and sales skills to offer innovative solutions that prevent downtime and enhance efficiency. Key responsibilities include actively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets, developing and executing a strategic sales plan, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding and effectively communicating the technical features and benefits of the companys products, staying informed about market trends and competitor activities, forecasting sales, collaborating with internal teams for a seamless customer experience, conducting product demonstrations, and representing the company at industry events to generate leads.To be successful in this role, you should possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Mechanical, along with 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial B2B sales (experience in Condition Monitoring is preferred).
