Job Description

    As a Territory Business Manager in the Western region at Acoem Reliability, your role involves driving sales of Online Condition Monitoring solutions. You will utilize your technical knowledge and sales expertise to offer customers innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.- Strategic Planning: Create and implement a strategic sales plan to enter new markets, grow the customer base, and increase revenue.- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.- Product Expertise: Understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of the companys products effectively.- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to shape sales strategies and discover new prospects.- Reporting: Forecast sales accurately, track pipeline activity, and provide progress reports to the management team.- Collaboration: Partner with the Line of Business and technical support teams for a seamless customer experience and valuable market feedback.- Demonstration: Conduct product and software demonstrations and presentations for customers as required.- Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.Requirements:- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical- 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial B2B sales (Experience in Condition monitoring preferred)- Geographical Expertise: Demonstrated sales experience in the West India region, including Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Goa.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Must be willing to travel extensively within the region.If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work with a global industry leader in Industrial Reliability Solutions.
