Job Description

    As the Team Manager in the Engine Assembly- Shop Floor Area at Hero Motocorp, you will report to the Section Head - Engine Assembly and be responsible for handling operations in the Engine Assembly section. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- Manage the Shift production of Engine Assembly through optimum utilisation of resources and ensuring best quality practices to achieve Market demand.- Hourly Review of Quality gate/MI/FI data and feedback to concern for any defect.- Review of Stage wise PPEs consumption as per norms.- Monitoring and analysis of part rejection and Action Planning.- Daily data updation of KPIs in OLE/JH/CLRI.- Analysis and Action planning in OLE/JH board gaps.- Daily 3s Audit, identifying gaps, and action planning.A Day in the life: Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing activities in the Engine Assembly to keep operations running smoothly and achieve daily business targets.Qualification Required:- Diploma / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing plant in the 2 Wheeler industry.Technical Skills/Knowledge:- MS Office, SAP & PPT.- 5S, TPM, IMS.- Man Management Skills.- Seven steps of Problem solving & Why-Why analysis.- Auditing skills.Behavioural Skills:- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.- Behavioral Based Safety Approach.- Planning and decision making.At Hero MotoCorp, you will get to work with the brightest innovators in the worlds largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters.
