Configuration tasks will involve utilizing proprietary systems and tools to set up and adjust tables/parameters in the Wipro System as per the analysis provided.**Designation:** Trainee**Qualification:** B.E / B. Tech / MCA (2024 Passed out only)**Service Agreement:** 12 Months**Office Location:** Building 2, Candor Techspace, IT/ITES, SEZ, Tikri, Sector-48, Gurgaon, 122001, Haryana**Shift Timings:** 11.30 am to 9 pm**Cab Facility:** Pick-up and Drop at the doorstep**Mode Of Technical Interview:** Walk-in (Face to Face)**Technical Skills:**- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)- Proficiency in Simple & Complex SQL Queries- Familiarity with Manual testing principles; exposure to it is desirable- Understanding of system testing and software quality assurance best practices- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and articulate relationships between them (strong analytical skills)- Basic knowledge of relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries)**Communication and Excellence:**- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written, and listening)- Ability to share information concisely through both written and verbal mediums- Comprehensive understanding of the organizations objectives- Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks- High self-motivation and a collaborative team playerThe interview process includes:- 1st Level: GATE Assessment (Logical Reasoning)- Next Level: HR Round - Over MS Teams video connect (for shortlisted candidates)- Final Level: Managerial Interview - Scheduled Interview at the office location**Applicant Requirements:**- PAN Card & Aadhar Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport- Provisional Certificate/Consolidated Mark sheet from University, All semester Mark sheets- Vaccination certificate (Fully vaccinated with 2 doses)**Mandatory Skills:** Defined Benefit (DB) TechAt Wipro, we are fostering a culture of reinvention and digital transformation.
