Job Description

    As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and databases. Your role will involve conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates skills and suitability for various roles. Additionally, you will be coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, as well as managing all documentation related to the hiring process including resumes, offer letters, contracts, and other paperwork. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate a seamless hiring process will also be a crucial aspect of your role.For Fresher candidates, proficiency in English communication is essential, and a willingness to work night shifts is required. Preferably, candidates should be undergraduate or new graduates.Healthcare Recruiter positions are open to Freshers, with a preference for undergraduate or new graduate candidates. Applicants should not have more than 2 years of experience in the field.,
