Job Description

    About the RoleWe are looking for a UX Designer with a passion for creating user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft seamless user journeys. If you have a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of user behavior, wed love to meet you!Responsibilities Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to enhance user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI elements while ensuring usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to implement designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback. Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across products. Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.RequirementsExperience: 6 months 2 years in UX/UI design or a related role. Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Knowledge of UX principles, usability heuristics, and user-centered design. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus. Ability to conduct user research and usability testing. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects.Nice to HaveExperience working with design systems. Familiarity with motion design & micro-interactions.
