Job Description

    Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager Client Acquisition to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, with a passion for driving revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound strategies. Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence. Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and industry events. Present and pitch company services/products to prospective clients.Account Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to provide tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent service delivery. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed client acquisition and revenue targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new clients. Track and analyze sales performance to optimize client acquisition strategies. Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, client feedback, and business development opportunities.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish lasting client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.,
