Regularly update and improve lesson content to keep it relevant and engaging. Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and maintain accurate records. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their academic and professional growth. Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maximize productive learning time. Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events to support a collaborative school community. Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest educational trends in business studies. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.Qualifications: Founder Level: 1-3 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, and B.Ed. Master Level: 4-8 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, and B.Ed. Developer Level: 9 years of experience, Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, and B.Ed or M.Ed. Senior Level: 12 years of experience, Ph.D. or M.Phil. in Business Studies, along with B.Ed or M.Ed, and demonstrated leadership in academic instruction.Preferred Experience:Experience in teaching IIT-level business and economics courses is highly desirable.Screening Process: Written Test: Subject-specific exam in Business Studies. Proficiency Test: Assessment of MS Office skills. Reading Test: Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
