Job Description

    Job Summary:The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will play a vital role in collecting donations for NGO by encouraging community donations, coordinating with local municipalities, promoting fundraising initiatives, and managing donor relations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for community service.Key Responsibilities:1.Encouraging Donations: Develop and implement strategies to encourage community members and organizations to donate to NGO Conduct outreach campaigns to raise awareness about the mission and impact of NGO on the local community.2. Coordinating with Municipalities: Build and maintain relationships with local municipalities to facilitate donations. Work with municipal representatives to organize events and initiatives that promote giving to NGO Ensure the names/talks of donors are displayed prominently at NGO as a token of appreciation.3. Issuing Donation Receipts: Manage the process of issuing donation receipts to individuals and organizations for tax purposes. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all donations received, maintaining confidentiality and data security.4. Promotions for Fundraising: Create and implement promotional campaigns to raise funds for NGO. Utilize social media, local media, and community events to spread awareness and attract potential donors.5. Mapping Donation Amounts: Analyse and map donation amounts to the costs associated with providing meals at NGO. Provide reports and updates to DMA on fundraising progress.,
