If youre confident in your communicationskills and eager to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed informationabout various offerings.Provide clear and accurate explanations of product features, benefits, and terms.Ensure all communication with customers is recorded accurately in the CRM system.Follow-up with potential leads and customers for conversions.Maintain a positive relationship with customers and address any queries or concernsthey may have.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customerinteractions.Key Requirements: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.Ability to influence and persuade customers.Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.Should be comfortable with making a high volume of calls.Preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Working Conditions: Full-time position.Female candidates only due to the nature of the role and work environment.In-office position with potential for growth within the company.Compensation: Salary: 15,000 to 22,000 per month (based on experience).Incentives: Performance-based incentives.Additional Benefits: PF, ESIC, Contest Achieving ToursThis updated JD highlights the preferred languages and ensures that English communication is a must for candidates, while making it clear that fluency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannadaincreases the chances of being hired.
