Job Description

    We are looking for a talented Interior Associate with a strong focus on space planning and sales. The ideal candidate will excel in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spacesand have a proven track record in driving sales. This role requires excellent client management skills,the ability to understand and anticipate client needs, and the drive to turn design concepts into successful sales.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSpace Planning & Design: Lead space planning efforts by analyzing client needs and translating them intoefficient and effective design solutions. Develop creative layouts that maximize space utilization and align with client goals,ensuring both functionality and style .Collaborate with clients to refine design concepts, making adjustments based onfeedback and spatial constraints.Sales & Client Management: Drive sales by engaging with clients, understanding their vision, and presentingtailored design solutions. Prepare persuasive sales proposals, emphasizing the unique value of the design andits alignment with client expectations. Negotiate contracts confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term clientrelationships. Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure completesatisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional services.Project Coordination: Manage the overall project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery,ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, ensuring quality and designintegrity. Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the designplan.Market Research & Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest trends in space planning and interior design to offer clientscutting-edge solutions. Identify and pursue new market opportunities that align with the companys designand sales objectives.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow designers and the sales team to brainstorm innovative ideasand approaches. Share insights and expertise with the team to foster a culture of continuous learningand improvement.Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Interior Design Strong expertise in space planning with a creative flair for innovative design solutions Proven sales experience, with a strong ability to connect with clients and close deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
