Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and interacting with databases.Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements.Document and maintain a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.Assist in system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure the stability and reliability of applications.Participate in root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.Support deployment and configuration changes in production environments.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, customers, and management. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Java-based application support or development.Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
