Job Description

    Role OverviewYou are a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of making a significant impact beyond your immediate area. As a mentor to your peers, you consistently introduce best practices and drive exceptional performance across the region.Key Responsibilities- Successfully complete all mandatory training programs and product certifications.- Engage with oncology healthcare professionals to provide them with scientific information on approved indications, efficacy, and safety for supporting appropriate on-label use.- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement territory-specific strategies and business plans aimed at exceeding sales targets and call execution goals.- Achieve strong sales performance and ensure that sales forecasts and budgets are consistently met or exceeded.- Maintain a thorough understanding of the territorys market landscape, customer demographics, and managed care environment.- Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, especially in interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.QualificationsEssential:- Bachelors degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred)- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oncology salesDesirable:- Experience working with a multinational pharmaceutical Oncology company (MNC)- Current experience managing or working with the Oncology portfolio Role OverviewYou are a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of making a significant impact beyond your immediate area.
