Job Description

    You will be responsible for the following key tasks:- Making outbound calls and sending emails to vendors across India regarding ongoing vacancies in GCC and other international markets.- Making outbound calls and sending emails to candidates regarding overseas job opportunities in GCC and other international markets.- Explaining job requirements, salary packages, benefits, and recruitment processes to vendors and candidates.- Screening candidates based on client requirements and assessing their suitability for available positions.- Maintaining regular follow-ups with vendors and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.- Coordinating with recruitment vendors, sourcing partners, and manpower suppliers to obtain suitable candidate profiles.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and recruitment partners.- Generating candidate leads through databases, referrals, social media platforms, and job portals.- Scheduling interviews, trade tests, and client interactions.- Updating candidate information and call records in recruitment databases.- Tracking vendor and candidate responses and preparing daily recruitment status reports.- Ensuring timely collection of candidate documents and required information.- Supporting recruitment teams in achieving hiring targets and project deadlines through continuous follow-up with vendors and candidates.To apply for this position, you should meet the following requirements:- Graduate in any discipline.- Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC/international recruitment, telecalling, or vendor coordination.- Experience working with overseas recruitment agencies or manpower consultancy firms is preferred.- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases.- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.- Experience working with multiple recruitment vendors and sourcing channels.- Experience in bulk hiring and mass recruitment projects.If you join FixityEDX, you will be a part of a company dedicated to inspiring and empowering learners while making a meaningful impact on individuals, organizations, and communities.
