    As a Key Accounts Manager in the field of Oncology in Vijayawada, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and exceeding targets across the region. Your responsibilities will include:- Successfully completing all mandatory training programs and product certifications.- Engaging with oncology healthcare professionals to provide scientific information on approved indications, efficacy, and safety for on-label use.- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and implement territory-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and call execution goals.- Ensuring strong sales performance and consistently meeting or surpassing sales forecasts and budgets.- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the territorys market landscape, customer demographics, and managed care environment.- Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements, especially in interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.Qualifications required for this role include:Essential:- Bachelors degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred)- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oncology salesDesirable:- Experience working with a multinational pharmaceutical Oncology company (MNC)- Current management or experience in the Oncology portfolioThese qualifications will enable you to excel in this position and contribute effectively to the success of the company.
