Our offices consist of teams of procurement, quality, logistics and packaging professionals who are amongst the most qualified and experienced in the industry.Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Logistics & Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics and operational activities. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced international trading environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations by coordinating closely with suppliers, internal departments and overseas customers to achieve efficient and timely delivery of goods. The position requires continuous monitoring and the ability to resolve operational challenges while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, accuracy, and continuous improvement.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in logistics, operations management and export documentation processes. Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
