Job Description

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Program Manager who will lead and oversee the execution of marketing operations within a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) framework. The ideal candidate will manage multiple marketing programs, ensure alignment with business goals, optimize processes, and track campaign performance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, process management, and a robust analytical mindset to drive measurable results.Duties/Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, ensuring they align with SMART goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (services, sales, content, design) to ensure seamless execution. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business objectives. Skilled in defining, tracking, and analyzing marketing performance using KPIs and SMART goals. Experienced with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms. Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing, leveraging data insights to optimize and improve marketing programs for better results. Streamline and optimize marketing processes to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality campaign delivery. Lead the implementation of tools, technologies, and workflows that enhance efficiency. Ensure consistent execution of marketing campaigns that align with brand standards and strategic objectives. Manage end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing programs (email, content, social media, paid media). Oversee coordination with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables. Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the program lifecycle. Analyze marketing program performance, including web traffic, MQLs, conversion rates, and ROI. Develop reports with actionable insights to optimize future programs. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, offering strategic guidance based on data and analysis to improve marketing effectiveness and drive business growth. Collaborate with sales, services, and other departments to align marketing programs with customer needs and business objectives. Contribute to marketing strategies and campaign planning, ensuring execution aligns with company goals. Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance program performance and efficiency. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to implement strategies that optimize marketing results.Skills/Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 7 years of experience in marketing program management or operations, ideally in B2B or high-growth environments, with expertise in managing integrated campaigns. Proven experience managing marketing programs from ideation to execution in fast-paced environments. Strong project management skills, with expertise in prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and using tools like MS Project and HubSpot. Skilled in defining, tracking, and analyzing marketing performance with KPIs and SMART goals. Experienced with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, and proficient in A/B and multivariate testing to optimize programs. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including program management, lead generation, and digital marketing. Skilled in translating business goals into actionable plans, with experience in multi-channel campaigns and digital marketing tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, services, product, customer service) and external partners to ensure the success of marketing programs. Experience optimizing marketing operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for efficiency. Proficient in marketing automation tools with HubSpot and skilled in managing resources, budgets, and timelines effectively. Proficient in Hubspot marketing & CRM, marketing automation, and Google Analytics. Familiar with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance. Demonstrates a results-driven approach and can anticipate challenges before they arise. Ensures that all aspects of marketing programs are executed flawlessly, with a keen eye for detail. Capable of identifying problems and implementing creative solutions in real-time. Flexible and comfortable adjusting strategies based on changing business needs or market conditions. Can clearly articulate program goals, challenges, and results to both team members and senior leadership. Proficient in using the HubSpot Marketing platform for automation and campaign management. Experienced in creating workflows, managing lead nurturing, and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and measurable results across marketing channels. Strong leadership skills to align teams with business goals, scale marketing efforts, foster collaboration, mentor talent, and drive accountability, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.,
