We are seeking experienced professionals who have a proven track record as Sales Executive in Paints department.Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products within assigned categories. Market and Product Analysis: Conduct thorough market and product analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Competition Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitors, analyzing their strategies and ensuring our offerings remain competitive. Consumer Requirement Understanding: Understand consumer preferences and requirements to tailor product offerings accordingly. Vendor Relationship Management: Procure products from brands and vendors, fostering strong relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain. Assortment Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive assortment plan considering seasonal trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics. Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with pricing teams to establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and product life cycles for optimal stock levels. New Product Introductions: Stay abreast of industry innovations to recommend and introduce new products aligning with market demands. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and KPIs to make informed decisions and track the success of implemented strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in strategies and objectives. Promotional Planning: Develop and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure products meet or exceed established quality standards. Customer Feedback Integration: Proactively gather and integrate customer feedback into product selection and improvement processes. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure products comply with legal requirements and standards. Training and Development: Provide training on product knowledge, market trends, and selling strategies to enhance the sales teams effectiveness. Forecasting and Planning: Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall business planning process.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the retail or e-commerce industry.
