Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Pixentia in Vijayawada, you will play a crucial role in customer engagement, analysis of client requirements, and collaboration with engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include:- Working effectively with Talent Leaders and executive staff to define and translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications- Ability to handle projects in different domains such as Retail, Education, E-Learning, and HR- Collaborating with customers to identify and solve day-to-day business problems while also identifying potential new issues- Interacting with technology, HR functional areas, and HR Service Centers to develop and implement solutions that enhance existing systems and processes- Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of new processes, systems, or modifications to existing solutions- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for various HR systems and other assigned tasks- Explaining complex technical issues to customers and communicating detailed requirements to engineering teams- Maintaining confidentiality of customer dataQualifications for this role include:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business preferred- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of application programming, database, and system design- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent customer service and organizational skills- Experience with Human Resource and workforce administration conceptsJoin Pixentias innovative team in Vijayawada and contribute to delivering cutting-edge business solutions across various domains.
