Job Description

    Job PositionSoftware Engineering Manager - Digital Health Global Tech Startup.OverviewJoin immediately. This role focuses on endtoend product development, technology architecture, and team leadership within a startup environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of a highly scalable SaaS Cloud Platform for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C consumer digital health services.Architect and build cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, including servers, databases, and AIhealth solutions.Design, develop, and maintain frontend web portals and mobile applications (iOS, Android, ReactNative).Develop and expose secure APIs, integrate thirdparty APIs for transactions.Ensure crossplatform optimization, responsiveness, and performance.Collaborate with graphic designers and product owners to translate requirements into functional features.Lead the endtoend delivery from conception to commercial launch.Maintain data security, privacy, and cybersecurity standards.Use testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, Espresso to ensure quality.Experience & Leadership1012 years of software product development experience in earlystage to growthstage tech startups.1year experience as Startup CTO/VP/AVP/Chief Architect/Engineering Manager handling fullstack development.Minimum 2 years as Software Technology Architect and 1 year as Solutions Architect.Mandatory 27 years as an endtoend singlehanded fullstack backend developer.Experience building new cloud platform products from scratch.Optional 1 year managing DevOps development.Proven track record of delivering worldclass products in digital health or related domains.Required SkillsetFrontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, React, Ember.Backend: Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net, Django, MEAN/LAMP stack.Mobile: Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), Flutter, Dart, ReactNative.Databases: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB, NoSQL.Cloud: AWS (S3, EC2, Device Farm), GCP.Additional: TensorFlow, AI/ML integration.Testing tools: Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, Espresso.QualificationsB.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related field.Optional MBA not required.CompensationCompetitive package based on experience and performance.Potential for ESOP participation for eligible candidates.Terms and conditions applicable per company policy. .
