Role Overview:As a Business Development - Property Acquisition professional at Lenskart, your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable commercial retail properties for opening new Lenskart stores in your respective region. You will play a crucial role in managing retail property searches and coordinating with key partners such as property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers. Your tasks will involve conducting location and catchment analysis of new store locations, negotiating, acquiring, and finalizing new properties, as well as handling legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing and acquiring properties. It is essential for you to liaise with various departments internally until the store launch.
