System Design Engineer

Job Description

As a System Design Engineer at Learntern Career Solutions, your role will involve designing, analyzing, and validating complex systems across electrical and mechanical domains. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards. Your daily activities will include developing system architecture, creating detailed design documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the integration and testing of subsystems. You will also have the opportunity to mentor learners on system design concepts, contribute to project-based learning initiatives, and provide technical input to improve training content and real-world project frameworks.Key Responsibilities:- Design, analyze, and validate complex systems across electrical and mechanical domains- Develop system architecture and create detailed design documentation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration and testing of subsystems- Review technical specifications, identify design risks, and propose mitigation strategies- Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of systems- Mentor learners on system design concepts and contribute to project-based learning initiatives- Provide technical input to improve training content and real-world project frameworksQualifications:- Strong foundation in Systems Design and Systems Engineering- Proficiency in System Architecture, including defining system interfaces and modular design- Applied Electrical Engineering skills, such as circuit design and power management- Applied Mechanical Engineering skills, including basic structural design and thermal considerations- Bachelors degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline- Experience with engineering design tools and familiarity with relevant industry standards- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly- Experience in mentoring, teaching, or guiding students or junior engineers is a plus- Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada and engage in a hands-on, project-driven learning environmentIn addition to the above, Learntern Career Solutions empowers students and early-career professionals with practical skills and experiences to succeed in a competitive job market.
