Job Description

    Tech Product ManagerLocation: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (Fully on-site)Job OverviewWe are looking for a Tech Product Manager to join our dynamic product team in Vijayawada. As a Tech Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and innovation, overseeing the development, launch, and iteration of technical products and features. Proven experience in Laravel PHP (specializing in API development) is a must. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.Key Responsibilities Act as the product owner for technical product features, defining product requirements, use cases, and user stories. Define and implement product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Work closely with technical, design, and marketing teams to enhance product development. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategies. Track product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. Manage timelines, and deliverables, and ensure seamless execution throughout the product lifecycle.Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a tech-focused environment. Proven hands-on experience in Laravel PHP for designing, building, and maintaining APIs (RESTful services). Technical Skills: Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proven ability to work with diverse teams. Proven experience in the e-commerce domain would be given preference. Ability to balance user needs with business goals to enhance product usability and engagement.
