With unified visibility, continuous compliance, automated reporting, and real-time analytics.Role DescriptionThis is not a traditional Product Manager role. The Technical Product Manager / Product Delivery Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of Quantara AI platform capabilities from concept through launch and iteration. While this role will contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, the immediate priority is execution, delivery discipline, and hands-on technical contribution.This role is expected to be approximately 50% product leadership and delivery management, and 50% hands-on technical execution. You will work directly with engineers to develop features where needed, review implementations, validate outcomes from the development team, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every release meets enterprise quality standards.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, takes ownership, removes blockers, drives accountability, and works effectively across distributed teams and multiple time zones, including offshore engineering teams.Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end product delivery from concept through release and post-launch iteration.- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, retrospectives, release planning, and Agile execution.- Serve as Product Owner and Scrum Master when needed.- Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.- Drive engineering execution, delivery accountability, and release predictability.- Work hands-on with the engineering team to develop features, review implementations, troubleshoot technical issues, and validate solutions.- Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, and release validation.- Review product quality before production deployment and ensure features meet customer and business expectations.- Coordinate Engineering, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, UX, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams.- Track delivery milestones, identify risks early, and proactively remove blockers.- Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback, validate product requirements, and support implementations.- Analyze customer feedback, platform usage, and product metrics to continuously improve the roadmap.- Work effectively across U.S. and offshore time zones to ensure continuous progress.- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications- 7 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Engineering, or Product Delivery.- Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products from concept to production.- Strong hands-on technical background with ability to contribute directly to development, testing, and release validation.- Experience leading Agile/Scrum software development teams in startup or high-growth environments.- Experience improving engineering execution, delivery velocity, and release quality.- Excellent project management, sprint management, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.- Comfortable working across distributed teams and multiple time zones.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.Technical SkillsPython, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, GraphQL, Full-Stack Development, API Integration, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Linux, System Design, Cloud Architecture, Microservices, SQL, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Debugging, Release Management.AI / Machine Learning SkillsLarge Language Models (LLMs), Custom LLM Development, Fine-Tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), MLOps, Model Evaluation, Predictive Analytics, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow.Preferred Location
