Keen problem-solver who can delegate tasks and make difficult decisions, and should have a growth mindset, superb interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Duties & Responsibilities Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment in compliance with safety regulations. Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the teams objectives and sales goals are met. Setting up and maintaining a service operations and evaluating its efficiency. Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the companys adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industrys standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes. Maintain a positive attitude while leading a team of service engieers in an efficient and productive manner Develop a standard operating procedure handbook and a marketable service catalog for customers Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective customer service techniques. Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs in technical service. Conduct/arrange trainings in technical service techniques and company product attributes. Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management and marketing/sales Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database. Role of a contact person to manufacturers for warranty claimsKnowledge, Skills & Experience An associates degree in engineering or similar. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Superb work ethic and a growth mindset under high standard of integrity. Previous service and management experience may be advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. Ability to develop service strategies and use performance KPIs Superb analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
