    Position:Territory ManagerPackage: Up to 16.00 LPA Perks Incentives (Depends on Interview)Requirements: We need 6 Years of Life Insurance and 2 years of Life Insurance Team HandlingJob Description1} Roles and Responsibilities Handling a team and generating business through a channel partner.2} Driving business through Branches in the Circle3} Responsible for targets allocated to the Branches4} Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications5} Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets6} Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market7} Build relationships with the business partners and address their queries8} Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Post Graduate9} 2-10 years of Experience in the life insurance industry; Having consistent performance with proven track records.10} Team Management Skills11} Well groomed, should have good communication skills12} Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches13} Should be able to deliver under pressure situations.14} High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales targetQualifications:Minimum qualification: graduation is required. Age between 21 to 39 Years.
