As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified IT candidates for various positions. Your day-to-day activities will include reviewing resumes, contacting qualified candidates, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers. You will communicate with clients and team members to understand job requirements and provide regular updates to keep the hiring process on track.Qualifications Experience in IT recruitment, preferably in. the US market Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and strategies Ability to source and identify qualified IT candidates using job boards, social media, and other tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet hiring targets Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
