Job Description

    What Youll Do:
    • Own the strategy and roadmap driving toward business and product goals for the Merchandising portfolio on the Caastle Platform and ensuring agreement across senior leadership and key stakeholders
    • Create and enhance products by using your domain expertise, incomplete data and internal and external best practices to turn insights into actionable initiatives, build use cases, determine rollout strategies and manage risk to develop scalable solutions to large business challenges
    • Inspire collaboration across partners to lead through challenges and technical tradeoffs to provide flawless execution of requirements from concept to delivery
    • Communicate to lead change through ambiguous contexts across executives, cross-functional teams, and other product owners.

    • Command an understanding of retail apparel industry, the end-to-end workflows of strategic planning, assortment planning, sourcing, allocations, merchandising for launch to sell-through (highly desirable)
    • Model workflows and processes in your sleep to understand the today, drive for tomorrow to understand the gaps and inform product strategy
    • Raise the bar by always looking for opportunities for improvement with curiosity and creativity always inspiring others to bring their A game
    • Seven plus years of hands-on Product Management experience(s) in a B2B or B2C role with a Bachelors degree. MBA and/or CS related discipline a plus
