PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :- Relationship Management with the Banks/FIs and generate the deals as per companys criteria for acquisition- Benefit from relationship to generate desired information for account evaluation, use experience and market connects to estimate expected resolution prospects. - Ensure the acquisition process is run on a timely basis- Supervising and owning Legal, financial and real estate due diligence.- Enable and ensure all India vendor partner availability for due diligence- Apply sector/industry specific knowledge and build expertise on identified sectors- Preparing the acquisition proposals for the accounts shortlisted for requisite approvals.- Vendor partner management and P&L managementEducation : CA, CWA, MBA (or equivalent education)Experience : 5-8 years of experience in ARC/Banking/NBFCsTechnical Skills :- Knowledge of loan agreements, security documents, property documents, financial statements, valuations etc.- Understanding of recovery aspects of recovery- Proficiency of financial statement analysis.Other Skills :- A self-starter and self-motivated individual with ability to effectively manage diverse projects, multitask, provide consistent results.- Strong Communication (Written and Verbal),
