Job Description

What to expect from the role:This role is very critical and strategic to the company. He / She will be the will be handling the entire Sales team across all their products . Reporting will be to the Director/Founder1. Strategize to ensure and implement a robust sales pipeline2. Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organizations expectations3. Develop and work on analytics driven sales dashboard(s) which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline4. Conduct daily team hurdles to brief and motivate the team on the team and individual targets5. Own up the overall training and quality of the sales teams . Provide training interventions, feedbacks in coordination with the Product team6. Monitor self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc7. Analyze and share active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition to the marketing team8. Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
