Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing the staff within the accounts department of the company. Your role will involve overseeing the processing and organizing of bills, records, and invoices to ensure quality maintenance at every step.Ideally, you should possess a bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of accounting experience is required, and holding a CPA certificate would be a plus. Previous experience in leadership roles and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities are essential for this position.Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office, along with prior experience working with accounting software is necessary. You should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees, superiors, and customers. Additionally, strong analytical and time management skills, good presentation skills, and a well-planned, organized approach with keen attention to detail are desired qualities.This position is based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
