Job Description

    As a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Biology, you will be responsible for teaching advanced biological concepts to senior secondary students. Your role will involve developing lesson plans, conducting experiments, and explaining complex topics such as genetics, ecology, and human physiology. You will inspire students towards careers in science, prepare them for board examinations, and ensure conceptual clarity. Additionally, promoting scientific thinking and environmental awareness among learners will be a key aspect of your position.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with academic curriculum standards.- Conduct laboratory experiments ensuring student safety and proper supervision.- Assess students through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations regularly.- Maintain updated knowledge of modern biological research and discoveries.- Guide students in science projects and participation in academic competitions.- Create and use multimedia teaching aids for enhanced concept understanding.- Collaborate with other faculty for interdisciplinary teaching and curriculum development.- Support students career counseling and preparation for competitive examinations.Qualifications Required:- Masters Degree in Biology or related field.- Strong knowledge of cell biology, genetics, and ecological principles.- Excellent classroom communication and scientific explanation abilities.- Proficient in using digital tools for interactive biology instruction.- Effective classroom management and motivational teaching strategies.- Ability to design innovative experiments and practical demonstrations.- Strong analytical and mentoring skills for student academic growth.The mentioned salary for this position ranges from 428,000 to 680,000 per year and may vary based on experience and skills. This opportunity is located in Agra, India, and the experience required is a minimum of 2 years.
