Job Description

As an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager at Agarwal Group of Publications in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficient order processing, manage vendor relationships, implement warehouse management systems, analyze performance metrics, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of warehouse and logistics functions.- Ensure efficient processing, packing, and dispatching of orders with high accuracy and timeliness.- Manage vendor relationships for smooth logistics operations and timely delivery of goods.- Implement effective warehouse management systems to optimize inventory control.- Address and resolve delivery issues or discrepancies promptly.- Supervise and train warehouse staff to enhance performance and safety adherence.- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse and logistics activities.- Analyze key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics data.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.- Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse and logistics management.- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics processes.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.,
