Job Description

    As a Game Zone Manager at Funplex, Paras Pearls Mall in Agra, you will be responsible for leading the operations of the Game Zone. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day functions, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth while maintaining operational costs efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Game Zone at Funplex.- Supervise, schedule, and train staff to maintain smooth operations and deliver excellent service to customers.- Monitor the functionality and maintenance of all arcade machines and equipment to ensure a seamless gaming experience.- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.- Drive revenue growth by implementing strategies while managing operational costs effectively.- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for customers.- Implement promotions, events, and engagement activities to enhance the overall customer experience at the Game Zone.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing an Arcade/Game Zone or a similar entertainment center.- Strong team management, leadership, and customer service skills are essential for this role.- Ability to handle operations, meet revenue targets, and evaluate staff performance effectively.- A passion for the gaming/entertainment industry will be considered an added advantage for this position.Join us at Funplex to lead our Game Zone operations and create memorable experiences for our customers.,
