Job Description

    As a Manager in Food and Beverage/Culinary operations at Fairfield by Marriott Agra, your primary responsibility will be to oversee guest and employee satisfaction, maintain standards, and meet or exceed financial goals. You will create and nurture a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for providing excellent service.- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and guests.- Respond quickly and proactively to employee and guest concerns.- Use coaching skills to motivate and encourage staff to solve guest and employee-related issues.- Set service expectations for all guests internally and externally.- Take ownership of guest complaints/problems until resolved or addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.- Develop relationships with guests to build repeated clientele.- High school diploma or GED; 3 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.OR- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; 1 year of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and sustains an inclusive, people-first culture.
