Job Description

    The role entails resolving queries of Teachers to validate their data as part of the Specimen programme. You are expected to possess excellent product knowledge to enhance teacher satisfaction. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the appropriate methods and tools is crucial. Keeping records of teacher interactions, processing their accounts, and filing documents are part of the responsibilities. Handling teacher complaints and offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits is also a key aspect of the role.The ideal candidate for this position is a fresher with a solid, never give up attitude and a positive mindset. Proficiency in English communication is essential.
