As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager (OTA) to join our team.Job Summary:We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven E-commerce Manager (OTA) to manage and enhance the performance of our online travel agency (OTA) channels. You will be responsible for optimizing hotel listings, driving online sales, and implementing strategies to maximize visibility and revenue. Collaboration with the sales, marketing, and operations teams will be essential for the success of our online distribution efforts.Key Responsibilities: OTA Channel Management: Oversee hotel listings across multiple OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.). Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for better visibility. Rate & Availability Management: Maintain up-to-date room rates, availability, and promotional offers across all OTAs to drive bookings. Implement competitive pricing strategies. Optimization & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze data on booking trends, conversion rates, and customer reviews. Identify opportunities for improvement and apply strategies to boost online sales and engagement. Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted promotions, discounts, and special offers to increase visibility on OTAs. Track and adjust campaigns based on performance data. Reporting & Analysis: Generate and review reports on OTA performance, booking trends, and revenue. Provide actionable insights to the management team for continuous improvement. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, OTA algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to ensure Cosmos Motels stays competitive in the online marketplace. Customer Reviews & Feedback: Monitor and respond to guest reviews on OTAs. Communicate professionally and promptly with guests to enhance service offerings and address concerns.Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years in e-commerce management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry. Technical Skills: Familiarity with OTA platforms, booking engines, and Channel Manager systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and performance. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners. Attention to Detail: Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive with a strong ability to resolve issues quickly.Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
