Role Overview:Dhimat Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic FEA Engineer Freshers to join their engineering team. This opportunity is open to B.Tech and M.Tech fresh pass-out candidates who have a strong aptitude and interest in Finite Element Analysis and engineering simulations. Selected candidates will undergo structured training to develop practical skills in FEA tools and real project execution.Key Responsibilities:- Learn and assist in Finite Element Analysis for structural and mechanical components- Support senior engineers in model preparation, meshing, and post-processing- Understand engineering drawings, material properties, and boundary conditions- Perform basic validation checks and documentation of analysis results- Participate in internal training programs and technical reviewsQualification Required:- B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical or related discipline) Freshers only- Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical aptitude- Willingness to learn CAE and FEA concepts- Ready to relocate to Agra for the initial training period- Open to PAN India location after training completionAdditional Details:Dhimat Tech Pvt. Ltd. offers a structured training program for 3 to 6 months in Agra, with a training salary of 1.80 LPA and a post-training salary of 2.40 LPA. After successful completion of training, candidates will be assigned to any company location across India.
