As a Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager / Sales Manager / DSA Manager in Uttar Pradesh (Multiple Locations) with a CTC of 3.70 LPA, you will play a key role in sourcing Home Loan and Loan Against Property business through open market and DSA channels. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and clients.Key Responsibilities: Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property business through open market and DSA channels Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and clients Generate leads and convert them into successful loan disbursements Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets Coordinate with credit and operations team for smooth processing Ensure proper documentation and compliance Provide excellent customer service and handle queries efficientlyQualification Required: Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Home Loan, Loan Against Property, or BFSI sales Experience in DSA sourcing will be an added advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and self-motivated Graduation preferredAdditional Details:Staffiaa Services is a dynamic and result-oriented company in the BFSI sector, focusing on Home Loan and Loan Against Property business.
